Surface Analysis of Tungsten Doped TiO2 Films and Its Effect on Photocatalytic Degradation of Environmental Pollutants
Abstract: Normal 0 false false false Nanocrystalline TiO2 films, undoped and doped W6+ ions have been prepared on cleaned glass substrate by sol-gel route. Formation of anatase TiO2 phase has been confirmed by XRD analysis of the samples annealed at 550oC for 5 hours.
