Growth and Characterization of CuInSe2 Nanoparticles for Solar Cell Applications
Abstract: This paper investigates the possibility of growing copper indium diselenide (CuInSe2) nanoparticles by solution method for solar cell applications. The purpose is to study the reaction, growth mechanism and to optimize the parameters of this method. Upon successful synthesizing the samples, they were characterized using various techniques.
