About the journal
International Journal of Convergent Forensic Science and Technology (IJCFST) is a bimonthly, peer-reviewed, hybrid open-access journal of STM Journals that covers the whole of forensic science in one title, organised into eight sections.
Why "convergent". Real cases are solved where disciplines meet: a death investigation draws on pathology, toxicology, DNA, digital records and a psychological autopsy at once. IJCFST is built around that convergence, following evidence from the scene, through the laboratory and the data, to the courtroom. Every section accepts single-discipline work, and the journal gives priority to papers that join two or more disciplines, validate a method for court, or move a technique from the lab into the field.
