Design of Weather Monitoring System Using Application Programming Interface

Abstract

Nowadays, it is typical that people need detailed and easily available information about current weather and weather forecast. A solution to this requirement can be a mobile application which communicates with a data server and provides all useful information in an easily useable interface. As a result, an Android based mobile application is developed.  The system which we have put forward is a Mobile Application for tracking various weather constituents that make use of APIs to forge it’s here and now data easily approachable. The line of action accord with keeping the different  tracks. Our Mobile application will send a request to the API asking for the required weather variables data. The API will then connect to the dedicated backend server or the dedicated database to fetch the information that the user has asked for and display it on our mobile application. We have used Flutter which is a framework, Android Studio and Carbon Intensity API to develop our application. Due to the tamp-downoutline and a couple of operational parts this outline requires less prolongation. The mobile application does not occupy much memory space. When set side by side with other devices obtainable in the market is more economical.
