Abstract

AbstractIn this work, total three individual SU-8 based glass microfluidic devices are fabricated by maskless lithography and clamping. Dyed aqueous ethanol is selected as working liquid. Each surface-driven capillary flow is recorded by a CMOS camera. The filling time of surface-driven capillary flow is considered as the flow parameter to determine the flow speed. This work will be useful to fabricate the microfluidic devices for bioengineering applications. Keywords: Sudden expansion, maskless lithography, clamping, ethanol, capillary flowCite this ArticleSubhadeep Mukhopadhyay.
