Abstract

- To decrease the amount of time it takes to turn from one direction to another, 360-degree wheel turning vehicles with steering systems were designed and built. These vehicles may travel in any direction while remaining in the same location. This vehicle moves in all direction. To cut down on the amount of time it takes to turn from one direction to another, a 360-degree wheel rotation vehicle with steering and a DC motor was designed and built. The ability to easily rotate the wheels of the vehicle in all 360-degree angles is its primary feature. A major issue in India is the rise in automobile traffic brought on by the country's expanding population and society. The current project attempts to create a mechanism that can make a vehicle's turning radius smaller. With this technique, the wheels are turned after the vehicle has stopped by employing the steering system and a DC motor. normal wheel system face lot problem while turning, parking. Normal vehicle turn takes more time than usual like u turn requires more space. In order to solve them, a 360-degree wheel rotating vehicle is developed to decrease and remove problems that occur when handling material in the industries. Over the wheels, a sprocket is installed, and it is connected to the steering via a chain system. With these arrangements, the vehicle is able to make a sharp turn as needed. Time management is the most advantageous aspect in the current period, so industry needs a system of material handling vehicles to move materials quickly. Since industry also has limited space, these vehicles are used.
