Abstract

In a manufacturing industry, there are many operations performed on daily basis which may be automatic or manual. Welding is one of them specifically spot welding which is nowadays an inevitable part of manufacturing industry and specifically an industry which is manufacturing parts from sheet metal. This industry requires high production machines with higher reliability. Basically, in spot welding there is no need of skilled labor in small industry and only factor which must be considered is the skill of setting up initial setup of machine for welding the specific part. Now this is not something which deals with setting up the jigs and fixtures because this is manual machine and setup means setting up different welding parameters according to requirement of material of part.
