Abstract

A thorough audit of the current state and future prospects of the Internet of Nano-Things (IoNT) is conducted, and specific data is presented. The concept of IoNT emerged from the networking of nano machines with the Internet. This study's primary goal is to provide a thorough understanding of IoNT, as well as application areas and strategies for overcoming current obstacles, IoNT Security and utilising IoNT in the future. As IoT developed, it expanded to work with the nanotechnology domains, giving rise to IoNT. It is possible to talk about data delivery, caching, and energy consumption as important IoNT topics. Internet of Things (IoT) and nanotechnology are combined in a way that uses a network of tiny devices to transfer data. The distinction between IoT and IoNT lies in the fact that the latter's network of connected devices is so small as to be referred to as nanoscale. IoNT holds great potential for use in a variety of fields, including smart homes and factories, healthcare, agriculture, environmental monitoring, and food product quality control. Since security is thought to be one of the biggest problems with IoNT, the goal of this study is to discuss security objectives, attack vectors, challenges, and future prospects.
