The design of Low-speed AM-transceiver for sensors circuit in CMOS technology is described. A non-standard topology and accurate sizing of the transistors allow full integration and operation down to supply voltage of 5V. We detail the design to the transistor level with special consideration to the limitations associated with low supply voltage. We emphasize the careful sizing of transistors.
