Abstract

The design detailed analysis of vibration of a stepless friction drive-based power transfer mechanism are presented in this work. A load, a stepless friction drive, and a motor make up the system. To assure the system's effectiveness and dependability, the stepless frictionless drive is constructed using a mix of theoretical computations and is examined using an FFT analyzer. The vibrational assessment is carried out to assess how the system reacts to various weights as well as operational situations. The findings demonstrate that the design of the system is optimised, and the stepless friction drive offers efficient and smooth energy transfer with minimal vibrations and noise. The objective of this venture is to create a stepless frictionless drive and experimentally analyse it for power transfer. In order to determine the speed variation and various functioning features, ranging we will install a rope-type stop dynamometer. This will allow us to testify that the drive's efficiency is good for low speed applications. Theeffectiveness of the setup is evaluated under various loads and RPM. Through an FFT analyzer, rate is measured under operating load conditions. Using an FFT analyzer, frequency responses under different load conditions are found. Theresults of the experiments from the aforementioned tests are verified by statistical analysis in order to ensure the accuracy of the project. The study's findings support the stepless resistance drive viability and dependability as a means of transferring power method in a range of uses in industry.
