Abstract: The construction business has low profitability as contrast with different industries since numerous years even after the utilization of new advancements and new procedures use in construction. Lean idea is exceptionally famous in assembling businesses to enhance profitability by smooth work process and limit the waste. In this Research paper, an investigation of the lean development ideas and its application to development industries was finished by live study. Contextual investigation was finished by getting ready surveys, perception on location and with the assistance of venture administration group of road project.
