Abstract

Abstract: Railways are an important means of transport and everyday thousands of railway tickets are booked. While or after booking, a customer may get some kind of queries. The only existing process of solving these queries is by accessing the official website of railways. This study introduces a new method of solving queries by SMS with the help of RSA (Rivest–Shamir–Adleman) and Naïve Bayes algorithms.
