Abstract: Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) functions as National Coordination Centre (NCC) for Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI) to monitor the adverse drug reactions (ADR). Healthcare professionals including nurses play a vital role in ADRs monitoring and reporting to NCC to ensure the safe use of medicines.
