    Abstract: Pharmaceutical care (PC) is a structured process to improve the patient quality of life. It aims at identifying, resolving, and preventing drug related problems. This study was undertaken to identify knowledge and skill in the area of patient assessment, clinical information, communication, learning principles and psychological aspects among Pharmacy practice professionals. It also aims to identify barriers towards PC.

    Polypharmacy and the need of deprescribing in Geriatric Chronic Kidney Disease patients
