Abstract: This study explores the influence of power law variations and center cut geometries on the vibrational characteristics of functionally graded material (FGM) shells using finite element analysis (FEA). Stainless steel-alumina oxide (Al2O3) composites serve as the FGM, offering a unique blend of ceramic heat resistance and metallic toughness.
