    Abstract: Dasatinib (Das) is a second-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor that is used in the treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) in patients who are resistant or intolerant to imatinib, as well as in Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) patients.
