Abstract: ABSTRACTAim of the study undertaken was to develop a process to manage chicken feather waste, without use of potential infectious microorganism. Biodegradation of chicken feather mediated by production of keratinolytic protease involving use of non- pathogenic thermophile Thermus aquaticus was investigated.
