  Abstract: Nanoparticles of nickel oxide (NiO) have been prepared by foaming technique. Nickel nitrate hexahydrate as a source of nickel and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as a surfactant were used for the synthesis of nickel oxide.
