Abstract: A rapid, economical, accurate and simple UV spectrophotometric method was developed for quantification of etoposide in bulk and pharmaceutical formulation and its application in the study of polymeric nanoparticles. The samples were quantified at 284 nm in both methanol and phosphate buffer saline (PBS) at pH 7.4.
