Abstract: A new method was established for estimation of Safinamide by RP-HPLC method. The chromatographic conditions were successfully developed for the separation of Safinamide by using Agilent C18 column (4.6×150 mm, 5 µ); flow rate was 1 ml/min, mobile phase ratio was Methnol, Acetonitril (60:40), pH 3 (pH was adjusted with orthophosphoric acid), detection wavelength was 235 nm.
