Abstract: Vagaries of endodontic configurations are frequent phenomenon in Clinical settings. Numerous variations are reported in Maxillary Second Molar like C-shaped canals, Second Mesiobuccal canal (MB2) and more than one palatal root and canal. A case is presented where Maxillary Second Molar is exhibiting two widely separated palatal roots with individual canals.

Abstract: It is imperative to save a functionable tooth rather than sacrificing it. A thought must be given to salvage a failing endodontically treated tooth. The article presents endodontic retreatment of a maxillary first premolar with intra-oral sinus. Locating and treating the second canal coupled with Ca(OH)2intra-canal dressing assisted in achieving the required success.
