Abstract: A simple, rapid, specific, accurate and precise Ultra High-Performance Liquid Chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed for the estimation of paracetamol and chlormezanone in dosage forms. Water Acquity C18 (100×2.1 mm ID) 1.8 µm was the column used.
