Abstract: The current study is a comparative anatomical study of species of the Poaceae family growing in different regions of Iraq, namely Ammochloa palaestina Boiss., Schismus barbatus Thell., Schismus arabica Nees., Arundo donax L., and Cymbopogon bakeri cont.
