Abstract: Objective: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is an apoptotic condition in the hematopoietic system induced by the differentiation and maturation of stem cells into erythrocytes, and leukemic cell proliferation is suppressed as the PI3K-Akt-mTOR pathway is pharmacologically targeted with certain inhibitors.
