Influence of Personality Traits on Motivation and Engagement among Adolescents During Online Education
Abstract: This study investigates how the Big Five personality traits—openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism—affect motivation and engagement among adolescents in online education settings.
