Abstract: Background: Recent studies have suggested Rasagiline and Safinamide monotherapy as potential management options for Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’s disease, a neurological disorder characterized by tremors and movement difficulties, necessitates treatments aimed at managing clinical symptoms. Levodopa remains the primary effective treatment for Parkinson’s disease symptoms; however, its long-term use often leads to motor complications in many patients.
