    Late Onset Ataxia: A Case Report

    Abstract: 57-year-old man with no prior history of any illness presented with subacute onset of gradually progressive gait ataxia, upper limb incoordination and speech issues. There was history suggestive of orthostatic hypotension and erectile dysfunction.
