Abstract: Paracetamol, a widely used analgesic and antipyretic, has been studied for its potential effects on the male reproductive system. Paracetamol is a medication commonly used to relieve mild to moderate pain. Research suggests that prolonged or high-dose use of paracetamol may adversely affect male fertility by disrupting hormone regulation, impairing sperm production, and reducing testosterone levels.
