Abstract: This work formalizes a constraint-driven generative design framework for actuator-integrated robotic components intended for decentralized additive manufacturing. Conventional topology optimization typically prioritizes structural efficiency while treating actuator integration, modular interfaces, and fabrication constraints as secondary considerations.
