Abstract: We report the structural and optical properties of porous anodic alumina (PAA) membranes synthesized using anodization technique, which were subsequently annealed at various temperatures up to 1000°C. The influence of annealing temperature on the structural aspects and photoluminescence (PL) properties of PAA was investigated.
