    Exploring Gelatin Film an Eco-Friendly Biomaterial: Synthesis, Characterization, and Environmental Applications

    Abstract: This study explores the synthesis, characterization, and application of eco-friendly gelatin films, a sustainable and biodegradable biopolymer alternative to synthetic plastics. Synthesized via solution casting and characterized by UV-Vis spectroscopy, FTIR, and TGA, these films demonstrated excellent molecular integrity and thickness-dependent properties, with higher gelatin concentrations leading to thicker films and delayed solubility.
