Carbon Nanotube Transistor Based Novel Ring Oscillator with Minimum Power Consumption at 32 nm Technology NodeBy Nikhil Saxena, chandramoham K, Sapna Navre, Sonal Soni
Abstract: In this article an analysis of carbon nanotube field effect transistor based ring oscillator is performed. After analysis it was found that carbon nanotube transistor consumes less power in comparison to silicon transistor. CNFET is one possible candidate to substitute silicon-based integrated circuit (IC) technology, as the performance increase of conventional transistors witnessed during the last decades will arrive at its ultimate limits in the near future. Its present progress …

Analysis of 2-Stage Inverter Delay Line with Supply Voltage VariationBy Bhupendra Dubey, Nikhil Saxena
Abstract: Nowadays, the performance parameters should not affect the variation in fixed parameters like leakage current, leakage power, propagation delay, and power delay product. So this study is basically focused on the effects of changes in supply voltage (0.8–1.2V) on the various performance parameters of 2-stage inverter based delay line based on CMOS architecture. A delay line is a discrete element in digital theory, which simply allows a signal to be …

Designing and Simulation of Novel 6T CNT Based Schmitt Trigger on 32 nm RegimeBy Akanksha Gupta, Divyanshi Ahuja, Priyanka Shrivastava, Sudeepti Shukla, Shivam Gangil, Sonali Gupta, Nikhil Saxena
Abstract: With the advancement of technology, we are needed to make the circuits more efficient, and for this, less leakage current and leakage power circuits are needed. Taking this into account, a model of Schmitt trigger using C-MOS (complementary mosfet) and CNT (Carbon Nano Tube) has been compared. We have worked on C-MOS and CNT circuits by using H-SPICE software. As a result, it is found that leakage current and leakage …

Effects of Supply Voltage on 6T CNT Based Schmitt TriggerBy Akash Dubey, Akshat Gupta, Bhaskar Gupta, Shubham Rajput, Saurabh Agarwal, Nikhil Saxena
Abstract: In this growing and developing age of technology, we are needed to improve our methods in order to get better results. So taking this into account, in electronic field, we want circuits with low propagation delay, leakage current and leakage power. So, we compared the model of Schmitt trigger using C-MOS (Complementary mosfet) and CNT (carbon nanotube) technology. We performed the variation in power supply (varied from 0.1to 1.2 V) …
