    Obstetric Risks and Complications for Pregnant Women with Epilepsy: A Review

    Abstract: Although epilepsy is a prevalent neurological condition, pregnant women with epilepsy face additional problems. A woman's risk of preeclampsia/eclampsia increases if she has epilepsy, as do other obstetrical issues such as premature labour and delivery, foetal loss due to ectopic pregnancy, induced abortion, caesarean section, stillbirth, and low birth weight kids.
