Abstract: AbstractAgrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404 mediated transformation of sugarcane variety 31 with two plasmids of pB1121 constructs, one containing PsCBL gene and the other containing PsCIPK gene was studied for stress tolerance capability induction.
