Abstract: Nanomaterials outperform their bulk counterparts. Yet, production of nanomaterials, especially, nanoyeast is a challenge and is an upcoming field. Yeast is a fungal strain that consumes carbohydrates (glucose, sucrose, molasses and the like) and produces bioethanol, a potential transportation fuel.
