Abstract: Auxetic material is developed to trim down weight and upsurge strength of the matter, whichleads to negative Poisson’s ratio. Current research is focused on auxetic strength, hence in thiswork parametric influence of S-shaped unit cell on Poisson’s ratio is explored and results arecompared with finite element analysis.
