  Designing Reliability Single Sampling Plans based on Exponentiated Rayleigh Distribution

  Abstract: Reliability sampling plans are used in manufacturing industries to take decision on the disposition of lots of finished products based on the information obtained from concerned life test. Among various schemes, hybrid censoring scheme is applied with an objective of saving both time and cost of inspecting the products simultaneously.
