  Abstract: Basalt fiber (BF), derived from volcanic rocks, has emerged as an attractive reinforcement material due to its remarkable properties, including high strength, stiffness, thermal stability, and eco-friendliness. This review critically examines the applications of BF as reinforcement in various fields, such as civil engineering, aerospace, automotive, and biomedical sectors.
