  Design and Evaluation of Itraconazole Niosomes

  Abstract: The present study was undertaken with an aim to fabricate and characterize and evaluate niosomes of Itraconazole, where the drug is released in a sustained manner for a period of 12 hours. Itraconazole is Class-2 drug having low solubility and have short half-life between 3–4 hours.
