    Polymers In Low-Resource Biomedical Innovation: Maker Labs, DIY Devices and Ethics

    Abstract: The low-cost biomedical devices have been prototyped and sometimes put into practice by maker laboratories and community "DIY" (Do-It-Yourself maker) innovators due to the fast-growing availability of polymer-based fabrication (desktop 3D printing, laser cutting, and simple molding).
