Abstract: Lipomas are most commonly encountered benign tumors in surgical pathology. Angiolipoma is a rare vascular variant of the benign lipomatous tumors and is generally seen in subcutaneous tissues. Angiolipomas are usually found in the upper extremities, shoulder and back.
