  Abstract: The achievement of high sensitivity, ultrahigh pressure resolution, and great linearity across a wide pressure range under huge pressure preloads remains a challenge despite the substantial development of flexible capacitive pressure sensors. Here we offer an ultrathin ionic layer-integrated microstructure creation process that is configurable.
