Abstract: Fluid engineering — the study and application of fluid behavior, transport, and interaction — has become a cornerstone of modern biomedical and healthcare systems. This review synthesizes the multifaceted roles fluid engineering plays across diagnostics, therapeutics, biomedical devices, and physiological modeling.
