  Abstract: The study investigates the mechanical and tribological performance of neat PA12 polymer and SiC-reinforced PA12 polymer composites made via Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). To evaluate just how reinforcement has influence upon overall performance, we incorporated into the PA12 polymer matrix a constant amount of 5 wt.% of Silicon Carbide (SiC).
