    Semen Preservation and Artificial Insemination in Bengal Goat at Field Level

    Abstract: Semen ejaculates (n=72) were collected from five Black Bengal Bucks by artificial vagina method. Semen samples were evaluated for volume, sperm cell concentration, motility and morphology. Semen samples were preserved using Tris –Egg yolk-Citrate buffer in liquid state at refrigeration temperature.     Chemically Well-Defined Extender for Preservation of Black Bengal Buck Semen
