  IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking: A Bibliometric Study

  Abstract: This study analyzes the bibliometric characteristics of the journal “IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking” published by IEEE Networking Society during 2012–2016. Data were collected from the online archives. The study focuses on year wise publication pattern of articles, reference pattern, authorship pattern, degree of collaboration, citation analysis, geographical distribution of papers etc. The study reveals that most of the papers are multiauthored and authors from United States contributed the most.
