Abstract: AbstractThis research was performed to investigate the response of cytokinins on in vitro shoot multiplication of rose cv. ‘Frisco’. The nodal segments were cultured on MS medium containing 2.0 and 10.0 mg L-1 of 6-benzylaminopurine (BA), 2.0 mg L-1 and 10.0 mg L-1 of thidiazuron (TDZ) and, 2.1 mg L-1 and 10.5 mg L-1 of meta-topolin (MT).
