Abstract: Basal cell adenoma is a type of monomorphous adenoma of salivary glands. We report a rare case of left-sided parotid tumor in a 52-year-old male. The patient had history of left parotid swelling since three years. Clinically and on FNAC report, diagnosis was pleomorphic adenoma of salivary gland. The mass was excised surgically.
