Abstract: This paper highlights the publication pattern in the field of Library and Information Science (LIS) based on the analytical study of the bibliographic details of journal articles by using 'Scopus' database. Attempt has been made to study the authorship pattern and distribution of articles. Highest article contribution was seen in the year 2014. A total of 203 authors contributed for the period 2007–2017. The degree of collaboration calculated was 0.56. …
