Abstract: The theoretical study of Raman Spectroscopy of CNTs showed that on increasing the diameter of both semiconducting and metallic carbon nanotubes, the energy separation between valence band and conduction band decreases. In this review paper, the author also compares the obtained results with others and it is found that the result is in good agreement but the magnitude is slightly less.
